Currently, legislation is being introduced into both the Kansas and Missouri legislatures which would allow residents of Cass, Clay, Jackson, Platte and Ray counties in Missouri and Johnson, Leavenworth and Wyandotte counties in Kansas the opportunity to vote on a ballot issue to create a regional funding mechanism to support regional transit.
